OrderingHow do I place an order? Please use the contact form to send the item name or style number and size selections, and a Paypal invoice will be sent to you. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment. Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax of 6% is assessed on all orders shipping to a Florida address. When do orders ship? Most orders ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. What payment methods do you accept? PayPal. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours; modifications can be requested if your order has not yet shipped. Please use the contact form. Shipping and DeliveryWhat are your shipping costs? A flat fee of $7.95 is charged for all orders. Where do you ship from? Orders are shipped from Central Florida. What shipping options are available? Orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage; larger orders could ship via UPS/FedEx. Do you ship internationally? International shipping is not available at this time. How can I track my order? All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation which will be uploaded to your Paypal account (or email if no Paypal account). How long does delivery take? USPS Ground estimates delivery at 3 to 5 days within the Continental US; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii could take three and four weeks; and US territories in the Pacific can take longer.
